Ordering
Interested in our item(s)? Here's what to do:
1. Place order via email, stating Item Name/Code, Quantity, Size (if applicable), Colour (if applicable)
2. We will send you an acknowledgement email, with total cost (inclusive of postage fees, if applicable) indicated.
3. Transfer money to the account number stated in the acknowledgement email. Please state time of transfer and transaction code.
4. You will receive the confirmed order invoice. Estimated arrival time would be indicated on the invoice. If item is in stock, you will receive the item within the week.
5. Count down! :)
Payment
Payment is via interbank transfer. Bank account details would be mailed to you upon acknowledgement of your order.
Delivery/Collection
Items will be sent to you via Speedpost delivery. Please note that prices on the site do not include postage fees, which may vary according to the weight of items purchased (e.g. 500 grams = S$1.50 postage fee). Registered mail will be an additional S$2.24. We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels, so you are highly encouraged to go for registered mail.
As an added service to help you save on costs, meet-ups can be done at Ang Mo Kio/Bishan/Yio Chu Kang/Orchard/Somerset/Dhoby Ghaut/City Hall MRT station at our convenience. We strongly encourage this mode of collection. And if you're buying a whole bunch of items from us, meet-ups at more convenient MRT stations may be arranged just for you!
Terms & Conditions
1. Items purchased are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
2. Crumpledcats will not be responsible for damage to items from mishandling or items lost through delivery.
3. Crumpledcats reserves the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock.
4. Orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled/refunded.
5. For skincare products, customers are advised to do a skin patch test before use, especially for those with sensitive skin. Crumpledcats will not be responsible for any side effects of products - yes, even though we bring in only the good ones!!
