DIY experiments: An Amateur's "How To" Guide

After spending hours poring over details on products and reading up on reviews, we decided to take a mini breather for a little experimentation. We present you the unorthodox, unphotoshopped, "shaky hands" photo version of our "how-to-play-with-eye-make-up-even-though-you-dont-know-the-difference-between-mascara-and-eyeliner"guide. I mean, girls just wanna have fun, right?

Step 1: Lay out the weapons

1. Nature Republic's Maxi Power Curling Lash Mascara
2. Nature Republic's Pretty Tree Auto Eyeliner
3. Tony Moly's Crystal Eye Decoration





 


Step 2: The Victims (Tip: Choose the youngest members of the lot)

Step 3: Paint. Start with the pink eye shadow. Be daring and bold, and go above eye crease. Using the eyeliner, darken the lid area closer to the lashes. Effect would be a smoky purplish. To top it off, whip out the mascara, and work its magic on the lashes. Result? Volumised lashes that look wayyy longer than before!AND THEY CURL!!

Step 4: The Proof (BEFORE vs AFTER)
